I was born in 1967 in Maartensdijk, Utrecht, and trained as an installation technician specializing in plumbing, roofing, and heating. In 2003, seeking a fresh start, I moved to France and opened my own roofing company in 2005. Life took a challenging turn in 2007 when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Polyarthritis, but it also set me on a path to discovering deeper healing.

In 2013, I met and fell in love with Machteld, and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Our shared journey into holistic healing began in 2016 when I started practicing Reiki I and II. My passion for photography blossomed in 2020, capturing the beauty around us. A pivotal moment came when I experienced the Energy Enhancement System™ in Belgium. After just a two-hour session, I found relief from my rheumatism for five weeks—a profound experience that changed my life and made me even more eager to share it with our community.

In 2024, Machteld and I joined an online ‘Power of 8’ intention group, which further strengthened our commitment to holistic well-being. Together, we transformed our second house into an energy center and launched La Vie Vitale in June 2024. This new chapter is a culmination of our shared dedication to providing a sanctuary for healing, balance, and vitality.
