As soon as you enter our center, we will do our best to take good care of you. Tea, coffee or a glass of water will be waiting for you. We will give a brief explanation and you can ask any question you may have: What can you expect after the EE session? What is the importance of detoxing after the EE session ? Etcetera. You will then sit down in one of our super comfortable chairs and our 8-Unit system will do its work for at least 2 hours. Take a seat, close your eyes and let all the stress slip away. When the time is up, we will come and gently wake you up.

The body has a better ability to heal if it is well hydrated, so drink plenty of water the day before and on the day of the appointment. Wear comfortable clothes for the sessions and bring a warm jumper. (The body tends to cool down as it relaxes). Bring a sleep mask and earplugs if necessary. We have blankets for lying extra warm. Please bring a pair of socks or slippers: shoes are not allowed in the room. Please be present 5 - 10 minutes before the session.

Every body reacts differently and every complaint is different, so it is impossible to indicate how often a session is needed. However, we can assume that it is definitely not a one-off. For completeness, we would like to point out that these sessions are not intended to replace conventional medical services and in no way serve as a substitute for your usual medication or doctor's visits.

With us, a maximum of 4 people can enter at the same time per session.

Get the most out of a session by supporting the body's cleansing process. After the session, you are likely to feel rested and rejuvenated. But you may also experience detoxification symptoms, such as a dull headache or brain fog. Therefore, keep drinking plenty of water to flush toxins out of the system. Also, try to eat mostly fresh fruits and vegetables these days. A 30-minute detox salt bath is highly recommended after each session to help with the detoxification and healing process. Take a foot bath if you don't have a bath. It is also good to gently exfoliate the skin. At our centre, you will be given a 'wellness detox' bath mix to take home.

Children are of course welcome, but under the age of 12 they must be accompanied by an adult.

Pets are also welcome at set times, under supervision and when they can lie down quietly or sit in a carrier. If you are interested in this, please contact us. We do not charge extra for your pet.

You will come to us at 7 p.m. in the evening. We will welcome you and explain what is going to happen and then leave so that you can make the most of the experience. At half past eight in the morning we will bring you breakfast, after which you will leave again.

There are no cookingabilities at the centre, but there is a oven to heat up if necessary or you can have a cold meal if you want.

Our centre is accessible for people in wheelchairs.

If you are in a wheelchair, please contact us in advance and we will make sure everything is prepared for you.

The mobile phone is interfering with the systems. So the phone remains outside the room or must be on airplane mode or turned off completely. This also ensures that you can completely disconnect from everyday life.

If you book via our booking system you will be directly linked to a payment option. When you call us, you can pay on site. This is in cash or by cheque. We can also send you a payment request.

You can do all kinds of shopping in Luzy, 5 km from our center. There are supermarkets and various shops and restaurants. There are 2 gas stations and 2 ATM’s

At 10km is the rural town of Issy-l'Eveque where you can find a small supermarket, an ATM, a bakery, a hairdresser and a restaurant.

Luzy has several French restaurants. You can also pick up a meal from a pizzeria or a kebab restaurant. For a small menu you can enjoy a meal at Bar l'Eglise on the main street

If you decide to plan several sessions per week, you can stay overnight at Hotel du Morvan or above Bar l'Eglise in Luzy. There are also plenty of Chambres d'Hotes in the area that can welcome you.

Luzy is the southernmost town of the Parc Regional du Morvan. The most famous is Mont Beuvray, where Vercingetorix lived in a Gallic settlement. There is a Buddhist temple 20 km away that is definitely worth a visit. The Lac de Panneciere reservoir that replenishes the water via the Seine to Paris. The annual Rockabylette festival in Luzy (last weekend of July) in which 300+ mobylettes play the leading role alongside 50s and 60s vintage music and lifestyle. Brocantes and flea markets every weekend and on public holidays in the summer months. Numerous walks have been set out for hikers and nature lovers, including the well-known GR13. And of course the surrounding vineyards and wineries where the most fantastic Burgundian wines are made.
