I received a business card from la Vie Vitale and visited the site on the internet. A day later, I read the site again on the internet and let it sink in. The story is very clear and plausible but is it a true story. If it is too good to be true, it usually is and don’t do it, is, after all, the advice to a down-to-earth Dutchman. My wife Coby noticed that it concerned me, “too good to be true” and encouraged me to book a session. I came into contact with Machteld of la Vie Vitale and the first impression was an instant click. Both with Machteld and with la Vie Vitale’s center in Issy L’Éveque. The center looks beautiful and you can feel that it has been thought about with passion. After the first 2-hour boost, I didn’t notice anything. Wouldn’t know what I should notice either. Nor did I have any major complaints that could be addressed by the boost. Two days later, we drove back to the Netherlands and what I noticed is that I was not overcome by sleep behind the wheel. Falling asleep while driving has been a thorn in my side for years. The special thing is that Coby sees a very clear change in me. She experiences that I am less self-absorbed and better able to participate in the here and now. I did a second boost at the beginning of September and that feeling of being more present in the here and now is something I am starting to notice myself. My second boost was also Coby’s first boost. Now that she had experienced the change in me, she wanted to experience it herself. Her experience was that she was much more relaxed after the boost and could therefore enjoy things more and not dread them. Today we did the third and second boost respectively. Although we don’t understand it, for the time being it gives us a very good feeling. In the Netherlands, we will continue with it. You can call it coincidence but the feeling speaks volumes.
